How old do I need to be before I can Start Drivers Education
14 years 8 months by the first day of Segment 1 class
When am I eligible to take Segment 2?
At least 90 days after the date of issue of you level one license from the Secretary of state and completion of 30 hours of driving including 2 night hours on level one license
How long must I have my level one license before I can take the road test?
Regardless of your age, if you are under 18 years old, you must have your level one license for 180 days, complete Segment 2, and have driven 50 hours, including 10 night hours before before you can take the roadtest
What if I am absent from a Segment 1 or Segment 2 class?
The State requires 24 hours of classroom instruction in Segment 1 and 6 hours of classroom instruction in Segment 2. Any missed classes must be made up in a following session regardless of the reason for the absence
How do I register for a class at Champion Driving School?
Simply call us @ 877 682 2111 and give us your name and telephone number. No registration or deposits are necessary until the first day of class.
What should I bring with me on the first day of class?
Segment 1 students should bring their birth certificate, a form of payment, along with a parent or guardian to complete the registration process. If a parent or guardian is not available, please inform us prior to the first day of class. Segment 2 students should bring their level one license, a form of payment, along with a parent or guardian to complete the registration process.
Will I be charged if I enroll in a class and then cancel or do not show up?
No. You have no financial responsibility until after the first day of class.
